These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MAGNEPUP website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with website functionality

2. Product information
We strive to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizing, specifications and pricing. Because screens display colors differently, actual product colors may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. MAGNEPUP reserves the right to:

- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors
- Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions
If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund where appropriate.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. MAGNEPUP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by law. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and rates.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
7. Product use
MAGNEPUP products are designed for responsible pet use. Customers are responsible for:
- Choosing the correct product size
- Properly fitting collars and harnesses
- Inspecting products before each use
- Supervising pets while using our products
No pet restraint product can eliminate all risk of injury, escape or property damage.
8. Product disclaimer
While our products are tested for strength and durability, no product is indestructible. Normal wear, improper use, chewing, misuse, modification, accidents or failure to inspect equipment may reduce product performance. Discontinue use if any damage is observed.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Except where required by law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond any written limited warranty expressly provided by MAGNEPUP. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAGNEPUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from product use, website use, delayed shipments, lost profits, property damage or injury involving improper product use. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
