We want you and your pup to love your MAGNEPUP gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
Unused items in their original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
What can't be returned
- Items that have been used, worn, washed or chewed
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free — no restocking fee. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead and we'll email you a prepaid return label. Once you've dropped the original item off and sent us proof of drop-off (and paid any price difference, if the new item costs more), we ship the replacement right away — we don't wait for the original to arrive back with us. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
