Shipping policy

Every MAGNEPUP order ships from our warehouse in Arizona. Here's what to expect once you've checked out.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping is sent via USPS and typically arrives in 3–5 business days once it leaves our warehouse. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, holiday volume and carrier delays can add a day or two.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the US. For orders under $100, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
